What if it rains?

We will go ahead in most weather conditions. In our experience children love the woods when it is rainy and muddy and we also have plenty of shelter! We would only cancel if adverse weather conditions would make it dangerous for us to continue and then we would offer a full refund or move your booking to another date.

Are you insured and DBS cleared?

We are fully insured and all instructors are enhanced DBS cleared.  All of our instructors are qualified first aiders.

Can adults stay?

Adults are very welcome to stay at parties (and more often than not join in the activities themselves!). If young siblings are staying then they must be supervised by an adult.

We operate a drop and go policy for our activity camps.

Can I bring my own food?

For parties we provide hot dogs (vegetarian or vegan options available on request) and marshmallows. If you want to bring your own food to cook then please discuss with us. You are welcome to bring snacks (we can also provide snacks at a small additional charge). You can bring your own birthday cake.

For activity camps children are required to bring a packed lunch, water bottle and snacks.  We provide marshmallows!

What is your maximum group size?

We can comfortably accommodate 20 children. We are happy to consider larger groups (and have had up to 40 children as part of school groups on camp).

Do you take school groups and other children’s groups?

We welcome school and youth groups and are happy to host on our own site or your site if you have somewhere suitable (we will come out and assess).
